We are happy to partner with The Global Institute for Coaches & Entrepreneurs Loves (GICE Loves) to provide community-based mental health access to communities in Houston.
What sets GICE Inc. apart is their unique approach to care. All of their Qualified Mental Health Providers are also Certified Life Coaches. This combination of life coaching and mental health expertise has proven to be a significant asset in their practice, particularly in administering targeted case management, skill-building, Medicaid support, and crisis management. Their clients have consistently experienced faster stabilization of their mental health, which is attributed to this holistic and integrative approach.
These services can address mental and emotional disorders, as well as alcohol and substance abuse. We will be collaborating with Licensed Professional Counselors to train our Life Coaches with parallel backgrounds. This will allow us to assist with the rise of mental illness in schools, government entities, and communities across the State of Texas.

Our collaboration combines our deep commitment to community development with GICE’s expertise in providing top-tier life coaching certification. Participants will receive a holistic education that covers:
- Core coaching competencies: Active listening, powerful questioning, and creating action plans.
- Mental health awareness: Recognizing signs of distress and knowing when to refer clients to a licensed therapist.
- Cultural competency: Understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds to provide effective, inclusive support.
- Business development: The skills needed to build a successful coaching practice.
